Penn State Lathes....
Hey did you guys see the new Penn State catalog? They have a new PSI TurnCrafterPro Midi lathe, 3/4 hp, cast iron, looks just like the Jet lathe with the exception of where the on/off is and it's red. It's $159.95 ($30.00 ups) and comes with a 3 year warranty.Real nice for the money...just thought i'd pass it on incase someone was looking for a lathe (they have nice duplicators too). johnny "the Ratt Boy"

I think you made a wise choice. If I were in the market now, that is the lathe I would buy, without a doubt.
Looks like my Jet with another 1/4 HP and 10 bux cheaper.
