Skunked again!!!

Went up and tried for holdovers again, skunked for the 3rd time in a row. I havent seen one fish pulled out up there yet. There was one other guy giving it a shot, who also caught nada. I was there from 4-530,might be the last time i try there. Anyone else had any luck up there?

Ya , the tide was going out. Just checked the paper low tide was at 4:20 . So i was there at dead low, maybe thats why. Ive been there at high tide, the other 2 times with no luck. WHats the deal w/the boat clammer, have to plug the holes with your finger while your in it?

no holes in the boat=its me everyone worries about===

low tide doesn,t matter up there most places your casting are 15--21 ft & there is a hole right off the outflow///
it does make a difference north of the bridge
let me know what youall are doing Saturday ===if you go =what Time =I have a appointment but may be able to move it //

nada... no fish to be found... BUT, I did find a nice big rubber shad on a 1 ounce jig head laying on a park bench next to the bridge.. the thing had never been used because the eye of the jig still had paint clogging it...

I think I've had enough inner city angling

not I, and not for lack of trying either. I saw a small boat cruising out the hurricane barrier friday nite when I got there, and later I was talking to a guy who said that the boat guys were banging fish north of the bridge at the tip of the old dock pilings.

Is it good, or is it Sofa King good?

I couldnt read it... but I figured the only person who would stand there and scribble something in the dirt would be a fisherman...
