Updates from on the scene @ onset with Notaro
Notaro wanted me to inform all plugaholics and wareham-area fishermen that he got skunked fishing with ledgerunners

Then there were no fish or he didn't switch it up - doesn't have anything to do with ledgerunners - did he use the right ledgerunners?

Notaro just IM'd me saying he's on his way to Falmouth to do some chunking and pluggin' and will keep us informed.
I'm sure I won't be on this computer for long, I'm planning to hit the west end of the canal on my brother's boat this late afternoon, hopefully.
May stop by M&D's to get that rod we talked about in PM's, depending on my brother's "eagerness" to get out on the
boat for some fishin'.

Ah, that's okay, stuff happens - Notaro's coming down to see Uncle Crafty on the 22nd anyway-
I'm gonna see to it personally that the young lad has a good time while he's here...maybe a coupla fish, a coupla blooooberries....he's gonna have to supply his own Harvard girls, though. I've been outta the loop on that for the last 25 years or so.
Gotta stress the importance of not spewing in front of them, though - as I recall, they don't seem to like that much.....

Hmmm...wait a minute, nothing with Ledgerunners? Odd.....
It may well be due to operator error.....and a possible FUI charge may follow.

I hit the west end of the canal, was pretty choppy but we fought the elements til darkness fell... my brother caught a shorty but we had a few bites and nada...
ahh well, anytime fishin' is better than no fishin' at all.
ciao

Well, I am not blaming ledgerunners. I thought I did something wrong with the techniques. I used cocachoes and ledgerunners. Jerk sticks and fork tail baits in white and smoke glitter. An angler was fishng near me didnt catch a squat on a swimming shad. Maybe they weren't there.
MikeCC and Pasanga, it was nice meeting both of ya. I didn't hit the canal today. My dad was hungry and I wanted to check my favorite haunts in Falmouth. I chunked. I caught a violent hit, but no bite.
