Crazy Alberto’s OTW Article

Check out Alberto’s article in the July issue of OTW.
It is very well written and supported.
What I found most impressive was that it is based upon an original idea. It is extremely rare that an original idea is put forth.
I did not see him speak last week, but I understand the topic was the same as the story.

Yup - my OTW showed up yesterday and I read it twice so far.

Nicely done, Alberto -

Hey, Al, remember that spot we hit the first time I met you.....

Got some other photos to show ya - they're kinda old, though.....

"There is no royal road to this heavy surf-fishing. With all the appliances for comfort experience can suggest, there is a certain amount of hard work to be done and exposure to be bourne as a part of the price of success." From "Striped Bass," Scribner's Magazine, 1881.

Good read, I found it interesting that most of his cows were caught during slack tide. I would have figured just the opposite, moving water would be better.
