Deal of the century for a 20 Seacraft

A fellow on one of the boating sites has been restoring his second classic seacraft and he needs to move this one - I can't tell you how good of a deal this can be - it's a project but the heavy work has been done and she's a beaut.

Most of you might not realize that its an early 70s boat with an extensive hull and gelcoat redo this winter. This guy does incredible work. Price has gone from 5000 to 3500

Pictures from the restoration here: http://www.theboatzone.com/gallery/album09

WOW
Thats an amazing job.

I wish I was one for that type of cabin, but I'm a center console or lobster boat man.

Anyone who gets this is getting the deal of a lifetime for the amount of work thats been done.

What kind of shape is the motor in? if it has a motor at all.

Does the trailer come with it?

I don't know about motor or trailer - plus the boat is in Florida. But I can say that it is an incredible amount of work - done very well. If you had a paint / gel coat estimate just on the hull you'd probably be looking at 3K. Add another 1500 for the inside (and these are low numbers). That's 4500 just in paint. This guy works at a boat dealer in FL and restores his own boats - does good work. I think his wife wants a new kitchen or something so he needs to move the boat...

Likwid - you should see the 23 he did - I'll post a link

It's the boat only, no trailer or engine. But for $3,500 you won't find a nicer 20 footer - cuddy or CC.

aie carumba! it is in Florida..

There is a fine line that seperates a fisherman from a fool standing in water swinging a stick.

I paid 800 for my 23 to get shipped up. You could probably do the same. It's well worth it, especially at Mass prices... If I had mine done, I'd consider buying it, finish it and try to flip it.. Beautiful boat
