GO to the intersection of US 1 and 138 West, which is Tower Hill in North Kingstown. If your coming in from Providence (southbound on 1) you will turn left at the light heading for Bonnet Shores. Follow the road until you reach a traffic light (about 2 miles) which is 1A. Drive straight thru the light and go about a mile or so and turn right into the URI complex. The road will feed down to the water.

Sadly URI closed the dock to public fishing last year due to folks leaving trash everywhere. I'm not sure if that policy has been changed for this year.

Still can't go on the pier, they've got a chain-link fence across it now
