Aquaskinz, Great product, Excellent service

If anyone is thinking of getting a new top for the fall run then the Aquaskinz Evo2 or Hurricane is the way to go! Waterproof, lightweight, breathable and extremely comfortable. Well fishing the last week without it made me realize just how invaluable it truly is. What happened was a little over a week ago when we got the first string of cool nights I was wearing a thermal under my Aquaskinz, a little later in the evening above my wrist inside the sleeve it felt damp, not enough to keep me from fishing mind you because these things are double cuffed with neopreme (excellent design). Well when I got home I examined it and found a split along the edge of the tape where the seam is. Contacted Aquaskinz the next day and spoke with Kadir. He just needed to verify I was the original owner and I expressed my concern in a resolution as soon as possible with things heating up and the fall run starting soon. He assured me that he would make it as quick as possible, upon receiving it, it would take a day to examine and test it and then they would render a decision (just to make sure it wasn't from abuse). Well here it is Sunday morning one week later and I just received a phone call from Kadir stating a new one was shipped next day. Great product, Excellent service, Nuff said!!!!!!

The United States Constitution does not exist to grant you rights; those rights are inherent within you. Rather it exists to frame a limited government so that those natural rights can be exercised freely.

It's time more people spoke up with the truth. Every time we let a leftist lie go uncorrected, the commies get stronger.

I have a Hurricane and LOVE IT. Even if it makes me look fatter

Have not had a leak, have worn it probably no sheet 40+ times in the surf since last fall, not a drop. Have not needed any service either but I keep hearing people very satisfied of their service...

Sometimes it is easy to forget that these guys are just starting this company from scratch. They live and die on the quality of their product and their service - I hope they are successefull for a long time....

I will refrain from posting the details of my bad experience with Aquaskinz customer service and quality but lets say my experience with this "high end" product is much different than the good experiences listed above. In my situation my defective product has still not been replaced since early June after the company found it to be a manufacturing defect.

Its a good product...a little pricey but good.

I hope they stay in business for the few of the fishermen that really need stuff like this. It must be tough moving $125 plug bags and $200+ tops to guys fishing in $79 waders . Their appeal is to a somewhat limited group.
