3 days of NE winds

I thinks it's been 3 days of NE. I'm heading out on wednesday for all that swim ( - dogfish) the waters cape cod bay and stellwagen bank.
Anyone out there have experience on what the days following steady NE winds bring?
Does the wind push warmer gulf stream water/bait/tuna/ bottom fish this way?
I hope so, I'll post my results on thursday unless we kille em, then I'll post it was an all dogfish day .

When I fish the Bay, I always do well jigging bass on top of the shoal at Billingsgate during and after a NE blow. Don't kno if you're heading that way, but it would be worth it if you're in the area.

Scorton Ledge area is good right now like every year at this time. Bunker spoons and T&W. I'll be there Wed. Weather looks good. P.M.
