Thumbs up

That's OK Jenn - Play throught the pain!!! Hey - I've played in pain for half the summer!!!

I heard a story once from Bill that Steve M was fishing Watch Hill when his plug got hung up on a rock. As he pulled it free - it sailed back and the hook went through the bridge of his nose... But there was a good blitz going on and they were reluctant to leave the fish - so they stayed a little while longer....

Been there done that , twice in my lifetime, sorry Jenn. It's no so much the pain as it is the hours you usually have to spend getting to the E-room and waiting to be seen.

Imagine waiting on a Saturday night when all of the drunks are waiting in the emergency room, and you've got a Danny Swimmer hanging from the old honker

About the only thing scarier - How many men have had a plug full 'o trebles come screaming back and, well, attached itself to your splash pants in a sensitive area

I had a bass push a treble hook into my palm some years ago. Of course it wasn't barbless either!

Had to cut the hook and push it out the otherside of my palm. Bled like hell but didn't hurt as much (my hand was ay to cold to hurt). But I didn't loose any fishing time.

I like it when you a mix of blues and bass - one on the teaser and one on the plug - it can get, uhh, involved, keeping the hooks out of your hand....
