This may be a long shot, but I am in search of a reliable and affordable architect in Central MA area.
Next step would be locating a reliable general contractor to do the work.
I know who NOT to use! I'm open to suggestions for this as well.
Ideal situation would be they would finish when promised (w/out lame excuses for delays) and complete the job w/out me having to file complaint w/ BBB and contact an attourney.
We need more room and need to explore some options ( ie - add on a 2nd floor, or bump the house out a bit).
I figured you guys must know enough people that some one could help me out.
