Wink Condolonces needed for Bassmaster

Although the bait was thick it was a twinkie fest last night out there. Anyway please send some kind words to BASSMASTER because he snapped off one of the best needles he ever made and from that point on he was un-consolable. Slip and I tried to get him to shake it off but he went into a deep, deep depression and was junk from that point on for the rest of the night.
I can still see him now walking the surf line talking to himself searching in the light of the quarter moon for a needle that was sent to Davey Jones locker. Hopefully someone will find it and use it if it washes ashore. Maybe it will float down to Long Island and a deserving New York surfcaster will feel it's mojo and take many big bass with it. Anyway, he is a wreck and I feel badly for Slip who had to drive him home. Slip is a trooper for putting up with a despondent heap of a man that was bassmaster last night. Slip deserves a medal for patience in the face of despondency.

Why even try.........

Oh the pain that plug was wicked pissaH
let one of them Yankee Heathens find it, It will explode

Any way this plug was a stash plug Built to suspend and when it sat in the water it would sit then the But would drop and the nose would pop out of the water.
The thing with this plug is it was the 1st of the Year to catch bass.
I started fishing needles this week.
the Plug would swim awsome with a crawl and thats why alot of My needles weighted that way catch cause You can crawl them super slow. As i reel that plug and it catches current You can feel it the plug grabs the water and resistance is felt with 2 fingers on the handle I negotiate the needle into fish with twitch or a fast crank and pause to slow retrieve.
Oh the color of this Jucy Morsel was so magnificent. it was a triplex of sexual desire for a bass.
the green colors twilighted in My eyeballs as I evil casted that Jucy queen of My quad stuffed plug bag.
and the bass exploded on it as to say Ha Ha Slip Im eating a BM
anyway ,the floated nice and held in moving water and I could work it very well and it put out

I made a nice sexy Bunch 0 BM's
now if I can remeber the color and how I did it.
I layer colors to get colors.
I punish all who fish with Me, Its My Job
But we always have a good Time.
It kills Me to loose a needle the week I start needleing that I predicted and to get fish on it.
I problably got a bunch that fish just like that one anyway

I Love needleing and thats what I do all night. That plug was Majic In My hands. the way It would pull when You got it in a rip and articulate it.
the lure stayed put and it was a crawler super slow and casted a mile.
So now I have to weight these the long way other than I normally weight them.
The lure had a nice feel I was 2 finger reeling it with a pause and a twitch letting it pull in the current and Bam!

I gave Slip 3 needles this week cause He is My BubbaH and He got a needle wed night that He loved
I gave Flap one of My Blueple needles a proven catcher for 3 Years running.
So what comes around goes around.
I wish I could pop a 50 this Year on a needle Got a 45 last Year
My eyes fell outa My headand the killed Me
I go fishing almost every night and was going to stay home last night But Im a Bassaholic and had to go again. so I fell asleep in the SlipMobile.
I got passion for fishing and love the art of needleing the most
But I can dig top water during the day and love tossing wood
A Yellow pike or danny at sun up is killer in june
My blood gets going when I get those boils Behind the plug and force feeding the plug to the Bass is a cool trick when You can pull it off.
Tail Gate Fishing
But the best are when the water explodes on a Plug not just wood.
I have Had bass come up and out of the water a good 2.5 to 3 feet on a plug
But Piking and The bass slam that thing from the side so violent ,It scares the chit outa Ya.
I should ZGive clammer a chart Pike cause the blues come outa no where for them things
Yeah Im a triple stuffin tribag plug Ho. I cant help My self Im a plug pig.
the great thing Bout plugs is.
Oh there on sand eels on the bottom
out comes the lead and rubber
or a penny weight and a unweighted sluggo.....
My race plug has been a chart and pink painted pearl white Bomber. it has out fished the bone color the pearl asalt hands down.
You Guys make Me Mental. If I said it a million times I will say it again( Hi Specialist)
black and gold
Pink
pearl white
Muterd yeller
6"GS RubbaH
sluggos
3 dannys
needles
and Ya will catch fish
need a popper, no worrys, Take the bomber bust the lip off and bend the eye like it is on a danny and they will be all over it.
Why You bums think I Love Bernzys Surf Howdy so Much....
inovate and walk the Beaches and Make Your own reports
#^&#^&#^&#^&,,,, Flap tells Me He is killing them Here and I go the other way and tong bass.
I got skunked 2 nights this week on some Jucy surf
I needled all Night, its called putting the time in and working an area with confidence and that is what will put fish on Your line

Let's see? ah it was dark and I was wearing sunglasses...................

.

.

the kind of green that you came up with in your head.
It's not always the color Dave, sometimes it's the man behind the plug.

I glued the factory second you gave me. ( Jeez, Slip gets three good ones and I get a factory second. Now I know where I really stand) Your Chi was seriously affected by losing that needle the other night. You need to go out to your mancave and meditate among the wood hanging there. Become one with the 100 plus other needles you have hanging there. There has got to be a couple others there that will catch just as good. If you don't think so than you can just give me all the black with red around the eyes ones please since they just collect dust anyway and a real bass fisherman knows how to use those instead of letting them hang.

Why even try.........

Dave, shake it off....SHAKE IT OFF!

There, don't ya feel better now?

Hey, better to have plugged and lost....

"There is no royal road to this heavy surf-fishing. With all the appliances for comfort experience can suggest, there is a certain amount of hard work to be done and exposure to be bourne as a part of the price of success." From "Striped Bass," Scribner's Magazine, 1881.
