My boat is buried
and it's going to take some work just to move it, damn cover-it collapsed under the weight of the snow, sitting on top of my boat right now. I moved so much snow today I'm aching, now I have to find a plow to hit the back driveway, so I can get some lumber in to jack it off the boat. The windshields are gone, but I think the boat is fine, but I've got some work to do. Crap took me an hour just to shovel a walk back there through snow over my knee.

Thats to bad GS. I wonder if boat insurance will cover snow damage. I noticed my cover had taken a new shape even though most of the snow had fallen off, but I'm to tired from plowing to crawl up there and check.

I don,t figure /Why a cover // ya run it in salt all season ,banging the heck out of it /// then ya cover them because of snow /// a waste on time ,labor ,money // I could see shrinking wrapping if all you do is use it as a summer home .../////
I,ve never, ever , gone thru that B/S and the boat wasn,t mad with me at all //// mine ran great yesterday// blew what snow was in it --out ///

The only damage is a pair of windshields and with a $100 deductable on the policy, I'll have to buy one myself for sure. Then there is the warning I get every time I call my insurance company; it's a very small claim and I have to warn you about putting in a small claim. What he's saying between the lines is a few small claims and they cancel you out. Insurance only if it really is going to put you under, otherwise you risk having to go elsewhere, been there with Liberty Mutual. Every family member used them I put in a $5000 claim on Hurricane Bob and then some $2000 on some unknown storm two years apart and after 20 years or better with them on everything. Yup cancelation notice, so I switched everything; life, umbrella, homeowners, auto; screw them 20 more years to someone else. There loss bastards.
Still shoveling, jacking and can't quite get the boat out yet, but at least it won't come down on the boat again.

Gotta love the Hadley, MA tobacco barn connection!
Knew I was a good little boy for a reason!
Used to shore up the Formula in the winter, then three years ago I got the invite for winter storeage for the bragian price of $150 a winter!
Later,
