pricing a used boat

How accurate is the NADA site for pricing a used boat? I am trying to determine what a fair price is to ask for my boat. NADA seems to list a low and average retail values. I am guessing that I could expect to get something closer to low retail in a private sale and probably less as a trade in?

Also, why are used boats online listed at prices higher than the NADA "high retail" value?

The range on the net id $21900 to $22,900 but they are in Fla. Should be a little higher up here...
