Talking To all thank you I think

I've read this board dilligently for two weeks then I had to do it I went and bought my first lathe a Jet midi. Well as all of you have said all it took was one turning and now I am hooked, so to speak. I just can't get enough of it and my wife is wondering why I spend all of my free time downstairs. At least with fishing she had a few months of my attention, now well?? I even have my 18 year old daughter hooked after one turning.

Every problem I've experianced the first few days I've been able to search and get helpful advice from past posts. So a big THANK YOU to all that post informative helpful ideas. Hopefully someday I'll get experianced enough to pass on helpful ideas to newbies.

Make a point to come out to the MSBA Show later this month and see how some of this sites turners work their magic. They will be giving demonstrations and answering questions so good luck with your new illness and make sure you post lots of pictures of the finished, or unfinished work, as you go along. Welcome aboard S-Bass as well!

Almost time to get our fish on!!!

I'm planning on attending the show but I work weekends so it just depends if I can get out of work early enough to get up there in time.

I'll post some picts once I get some painted.

Thanks again.
