Question thames river

i've been hearing a lot about striper fishing in norwich harbor. i have never fished the thames before, but when i go to westerly ri. comming from rt. 2 from hartford i go through norwich. there are a lot of boats in a marina in that town. is that norwich harbor? i have a kayak and would'nt mind trying this area if this is the place i have heard about. looking for some direction. any help will be greatly appreciated
