I'm officially in Love with the Canal
Took the day off from work today to give the Canal a shot and Managed 4 keepers, all over 30" and even got a new personal best w/ a 23 pound 42" one. What a way to start the season, all on the Bucktail jigs.
I got a feeling I'll be prowling that place more often.  |

You spend time with her
bring her things, lead, terminal tackle all of which she gladly accepts and keeps
Talk to her, watch her, plan your days/nights around her
and every once and a while she gives you a little somethin somethin  to keep you comin back for more |

And somedays no matter what you give her you get nothing-nothing.. as was the case last year.
