water temps. in so. county

Does anyone know what the current temps are near Watch Hill, Weekapaug, etc.? How soon would you guess before the magical 50 mark?

According to the Raymarine, surface temps hit 51 F in Western LI Sound yesterday.

44 and change...
It will go through 4 or 5 degree swings for a while, and slowly warm up the average over time.. we are expecting cooler weather at the end of the week, so these daily swings will diminish.. the averages are generally scarily right on, regardless of the daily weather... average for the second half of april is 48, and by april 30 it will probably be pretty close to that...

You can also check weather.com for the local water temps. Still mid 40's off shore in NJ
