Boat has riveted seams macojoe. almost forgot it also has a nice Lund canvas cover for it also that will go with it when it sells.

Hi Clammer this boat is a great bolder field boat, fished it alot in tight to toddy rocks, in 2 feet of water where the big bass lay.
Just lift the motor and let the current flush you threw

Boat only drafts 8 inches!!!!

Hi Softail, boat has around 1000 hours on it, we have had it serviced at Tropicland Marine where we bought it every 100 hours. have never had any problems with the engine it still runs like a top. From what I have read on researching these 4 stroke engines you can put up to 4000 hours on them and they still run great.

Also the boat has never been kept in the saltwater, we keep it on the trailer at the marina every year and launch it daily. No Rust on trailer or boat!!!

Subject: New Boat Decisions - Lund Vs G3

Hi all - I'm a newbie here and looking for a little advice deciding on the pros and cons of either make. I will be using this boat mainly in the CT River and Thames river - and in each rivers harbour. The rivers are midsized rivers with chop/waves sometimes 2 ft and an occasional big one from a BIG-ol-Boat.

The two boats that I am looking at are

Lund Explorer 1675 w/50hp 4stroke Suzuki
G3 Angler V-170c w/60hp 4stroke Yamaha

Both boats are Deep-V's and offer alot of fishing room. As of right now(without haggling) the Lund is $2000 more - which a majority of the price(i think) is coming from the trailer. The trailer for the Lund is fully rollerized where the G3 is a straight bunk. The Trailer on the lund looks like a really heavy duty trailer - made for 16-18 foot boats.

I have seached many forums and have yet to find a bad word about either one of these makes......on the same token - how about comments on the Outboards - Suzuki vs Yamaha.

Thanks for any an all help.
