Charter information
Can anyone reccomend any good charters?
Ive emailed most? of those who advertise on these boards (Bill/Jules, Ave Maria, Relentless) but since I have a few dates up in the air, I wanted to see who had what in case someone is busy the weekend(s) I need when I know them for sure.
I am looking for someone who does Bass and Cod.. mix, or solo... I dont know for sure yet, for sometime in Late Sept/Early October. Id be keen for someone out of RI for this one but am not too picky.
I am also looking for a Bass charter for June 25th or June 26th.
This one is a little more difficult as I am trying to pull a group together. Its the weekend of one of the tourneys, so it might be time for me to just drop it and hook up with someone for that... I just know my wife is away for a few days then so I might not leave the cape that weekend.
Regardless, I wanted to do my homework... Any suggestions?

Offshore cod with Captain Mike B. on the Ave Maria is a blast. I've heard that his striper charters are good too.
Just make sure you pick a good weather day.

bjs check out Atlanticfishbonechartes.com (860-608-7223). If liveling for big bass around BI and fishers island sounds your speed he's your man. New boat this year. light tackle plugging on the reefs as well. Capt. John works very hard to make your trip memorable for sure.

He's a local guy out of Bristol and reading on his site he caught on heck of
a shark a few years back...

Believe me, Brian. Mike B is one of the best captain I ever chartered with. I don't care if I spend my money on him because he hasn't failed me once. I did nab two BIG bass, but lost it. Mike M was so mad. Ya shoulda seen his face and he looked so disappointed. I never hooked a big bass like this in my life and of course, i gave up the fight.
pick a best weather day.
