They look great.
As for pointers, here's a few but none specific to the plugs you made, I think they look great and that they will catch fish.
Unless you are using a duplicator you are going to have slight differences from plug to plug. You may cast those pencils and find one walks the dog easier, maybe one will swim, one may cast better. Keep some notes and keep track of which ones you like. The more plugs you make the more you will refine the shapes that you like to turn. When you find one that does all you want it to, SAVE THAT PLUG. Thats gonna be the proud papa plug that you're gonna clone for future generations.
Another suggestion is to not make too many big runs of plugs until you've really had the chance to test and refine your designs on some fish. I made several large batches of plugs to give to some friends, only to make a slight modification to the design 2 weeks later that I liked better. So then you've got a bunch of the old style that you don't really want to use.
Find a few friends that fish in some different areas and have them test some of your stuff. make sure they know this stuff is experimental and that you need feedback. I know my first few batches I had a bunch of problems. I've tried different paints and different epoxies, some worked better than others and some had problems.
Lastly, the receipts.

Good work!!!
I usually try to make at least two of the same color......backups for when you lose one - or get ho'd
What's the reason for the 'nubs' on the tail of the pencils?

Thanks guys. Just messed around on a few shapes, a couple have caught and will be duped over the winter. Most of the pencils are canal specials with the back copied from some older plugs that I like. Next winter should be busy.
