eels

I wish I was in RI...I got 5 eels cooling off in my fridge since I don't have a live well. Maybe I just need to go fishing tomorrow.

Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn.

Ive pretty much stocked the upper bay as I cant keep them things alive for more than one day. Maybe thats why the lady at the garden shop suggested I get a cactus??? But I'll def. drop them off

Domination takes full concentration..

Listen, I have eels that last a month or more. I use and old ccoler as a eel tank and 2 cheapo Wally world aerators. 4 air hoses into the tank and I keep the tank in the back of the garage where it is cool. I change the water every 3 days and never have more than 18 eels as the water gets dirty too fast.
Has worked for the last 5 years. Every once in a while I will lose 1 eel but I think that the ones I loose are sick anyway.

No boat, back in the suds.

I used to do the same thing to purge(starve) my eels before riggin em on tinsquids.Have em for months. They would litterally get like shoe strings. At first i would change the water often because the eat there own poop.after a while the water would no longer get dirty an i wouldn't have to change it out so often.
