The Moon
Last night the moon comes up and it was like you turned off the switch. Anyone else notice this?

last night just seemed more abrupt. Maybe because I was a little on the over tired side.

That's what I mean. I was into fish then got a decent one then 2 more small then just like that the moon came up and NADA. Or maybe it was because a fishing friend of mine showed up. He looked at the one on the rocks and asked when I got it. I told him 15 minutes ago so we figured the game was on. Boy were we wrong

That's what I want to know - last night I was fishing out front and a set came through, hit the rocks in front of me and I turned my head away from the spray at the last minute - christmas, it was like somebody shot an enema bag full of saltwater in my ear.
Next set and I get a blast of water that doused my cigarette and went straight up my nose -
Figured at that point it was time to reassess my position

The United States Constitution does not exist to grant you rights; those rights are inherent within you. Rather it exists to frame a limited government so that those natural rights can be exercised freely.
1984 was a warning, not a guidebook!
It's time more people spoke up with the truth. Every time we let a leftist lie go uncorrected, the commies get stronger.

Had fish in gansett monday in the clouds.to around 20lbs.then it cleared up an the moon came out an my bag was all wrong.so i went to the truck changed things up an moved an caught some more.Fished Gansett fri.night in beatifull water.not a touch fished bout 3/4 of a mile of rocks.nothing.Tuesday they put the fish net out.An I noticed a big decline in the catching in the bayside rocks.Dark to moon will make the fish move in the bright moon they can spread out an ambush in many little hidey holes.on the beach the might move off.they got fins they move all the time find a deep hole u'll find em.
Fished with Paul an Brian.what a good bunch o guys.hard core indeed.Paul called me at 2:15 AM said meet him at 3:15.at 3:17 i was one mile from him geared up to go an the phone rings.where the hell are ya.Funny stuff.We fished a OTW described spot in beatifull water an got a few small fish.I think the fish get the mag an stay away from them spots.no sense in goin there.

Tony;
great fishing with you, BTW we saw you sleeping Sat. night when we left spot X but let you sleep... thats where the switch turned off... we'll hook up again when you venture north...
and yes; rule 1 is that if fishing at 3, we get there at 245

LOL, I only have 3 different jig styles, black, white and skin jigs. Only thing that was working was the skin jigs. Wouldn't touch a jig and pork rind. Did do 1 small fish on a NJ style rigged eel.
