Where Is The Wind???

Not that I want it but the weathermen said there would be some nasty 30-40 mile an hour winds today and there is nothing here...the trees stand motionless? Good old weathermen!

Almost time to get our fish on!!!

Blowing pretty good in Truro. The chimney sounds like a jugband!

It wasn't to bad down here when I headed out this am.But its starting to pick up some now.I quit early because I forgot my shades and when the sun came up and was beaming off the water it was to much.I did manage one micro-bass which is certainly better than nothing.

Blowing pretty good here in Eastham. I was watching the wind guage and it's averaging around 14 mph and it's gusting from 27-34 mph.

Switching directions like crazy too. Mainly blowing SSE

blowing from every direction in Orleans, but SSE does seem to be wher it's sitting.... MOST of the time
tree's coming down, (combination of the wind, and the roots being loosened from the soaking rain we got), some power has been lost.

Karl, have you been to Nauset to see what the wind and surf has done? I was out looking at some beaches this way earlier(Nauset Light, Coast Guard, the Hollows) and they took a beating.

I'm heading to DD to grab a coffee and then go to Nauset and check it out, snap a few pics too probably.

Still pretty windy in Truro, birds, millions of 'em, going apeshirt bayside. Can't dig the fish out for the tons and tons of eelgrass! What would you do? Tried skipping a Kastmaster.

Hey Jake, how's it going? I saw them birds working bayside here too. Here's what ya do. Go to the Oysterfest instead of battling eel grass

I'm thinking of heading down and checking it out, seeing as it isn't another waterlogged day

Thanks Karl. I went down, but I didn't attempt to get out on the Outer Beach, I just checked out the beach in front of the lot. Lots of stuff washed up, including some pots. Skate everywhere, crabs, some lobsters here and there. Bunch of people down there combing around like they were at Christmas Tree Shop.

I was hoping to find some plugs that I lost (even 1 would have been nice ) wrapped around in some seaweed, but to no avail heh

LAST weekend was free plug weekend, just when the weather picked up. Found about a half Dozen. They're all buried now.....
