Abu Brake Adjustments

This may be alittle late , but someone was asking about Adjusting the brake on their Abu , I found this on the Abu WebSite.

Reel Tips

For the best casting performance, your baitcast reel's mechanical brake must be adjusted according to the weight of the lure you are casting. This brake adjustment knob is located on the side-plate under the handle. With the rod, reel, line and lure assembled, depress the free spool button so that the lure descends slowly to the ground and stops without any spool overrun. If the lure falls too quickly or slowly, adjust the brake knob accordingly.
