With opening day just about a month away, I am sure quite a few of us are at the height of our cabin fever. What are your opeing day rituals?
Here's my low down....
Friday April 12th - Call work and tell them about the "24 hour" brain tumor I was diagnosed with.
Head to George Washington Campground and set up camp with the guys. Sit by the fire and make new promises and dream about the upcoming season; The Herring game, Juicy Rainbows from Stafford Pond, Clam Digging, Nights at the Canal, The bluefish Masacre at Barrington Beach....our thoughts run wild as we wait patiently for first light and the tug of stocked trout at the end of our line.
How many more days?
