Unhappy No more maineharbors tide charts in '06

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. I loved this page. Now I'll be clamming at high tide.

from --> http://www.maineharbors.com/ma/tidemass.htm#more

"It's been a heck of a run. Way back in July, 1996 when Netscape was 2.0 and Bill Gates didn't think the Internet would amount to anything we had 1500 page views. In July, 2005 we had over a million page views. We would like to thank all of you for the support you’ve shown over the years, email on an amazing range of subjects, great photos and stories.
Unfortunately, income from our loyal but too few advertisers hasn't kept up with ever-larger expenses for bandwidth, software & hardware upgrades and the usual other business costs.

We will continue to provide tide predictions, weather & related information for the Maine and New Hampshire coastline as well as Marine weather for New England."

I'm going to do a tide weather site for here - infact, the weather part is half done (for those that say I never do any real work here )

http://striped-bass.com/weather/ - this is live and running on S-B's servers right now. I am trying to find a good tides program.

Sorry to hear about Maine Harbors - I've been forwarding tide traffic to them for years...

A freind of mine runs the site http://www.eastcoastweather.com

Lots of good info. I like it for the Doppler Radar Loops. For tides he has a link to another site.

www.tidesonline.com is the next best thing to maineharbors.

The NOAA site is a joke.
