Has got to be the biggest pain in the a$$!

OMG the freakin red tape you gotta go through to get the ball rolling!

thats why i asked.... not knowing if it was your first experience
with workmans comp....or not. doesnt matter what state i don't think
but yeah the paperwork is murder...memorize your date of injury
because thats like your number... and your freakin now...???
its just as hard to get off workmans comp...because untill they finally...
finally give you a medical end result and maybe even an independant medical evaluation
....they wont cut you loose.
your stuck man...it's a form of jail. What ever you do,
don't get caught working while collecting it... when your feeling better,
because the court's frown on that bigtime and then you will really be in jail.

Its not my first comp claim.I cut myself once pretty badly but it was over with the first walk in visit to the ER.

This time involves an ambulance and days(maybe weeks) out of work.Hello beauocracy!
