karl i get several of those a day... and i never open them...
i sometimes will right click them-> hit properties->message source _. and look at their contents...especially the attached file to see if it's an .exe executable ...and to look for ip addresses to ban with my firewall if found... but usually in outlook express i simply hit message up top and block sender. what it is i haven't a clue except that its garbage .

Dont open 'em, sometimes these non-sensical messages are just designed to have mouse over enabled, so basically you move your mouse over them and wham... your ip.. your operating system etc etc are sent to the recipient.

Domination takes full concentration..

and the way that's done is: they have just one single pixel that acts like a cookie and sends itself back to the sender and it's easily hidden on any page/email and barely noticable when it's sent back.
