I appreciate the input RST and I've used pricewatch for over 10 years. Did well sometimes , sometimes burned. Once bought 6 data fax voice modems with TI DSP's from a Pricewatch lowest price unknown dealer. The modems worked flawlessly and cound not be kicked out by incoming phonecalls no matter what. Problem was they also had an IMPOSSIBLE to shut off sound card feature that locked the sytem up everytime they conflicted with my soundblaster cards.
For about 6 years I built 30 to 50 systems per year for friends and family. Now with Dell , you can't even build them yourself for less money. Gave up that hobby.
Anyway ,$61 was for 240 pin , I need 200 pin and their best price on 200 pin was $70 from an unknown dealer. I like the fact that others have vouched for newegg. Thanks for the input though.
I should also note that the crucial.com had the best memory configurator. In truly unethical fashion , I used their site to find out the excats specs I needed then bought from Newegg!! I feel a little guilty about that....but just a little.
