Goo Goo eyes

Here are some pics of my goo goo collection. Some may have seen some of these on another board, but there was some interest from some people over here so here goes. Yes I know hanging them is not a good idea and sorry for the cheap cardboard display. They were only on there for a short time and aren't any more. This was the first time I have had them all together on 1 display and wanted to see them all at once. I hope to get them in something nice for a permanent display.

Enjoy,
Eric.

Thumbs up Very Cool

Those are beautiful. Do you have any opinion on the Goo Goo eyes that are manufactured today?

Thanks for the kind words. I haven't seen one of the new ones in person, so I can't say much about them. It is nice to see at least some of the styles available again. The last ones I got were from cobble hill corp in CT. who made them for a while. I really don't know how long, maybe someone here does. Those were made starting in 1986 or 87. Before that Morrell lures in Stamford Ct made them. That was the last I heard of them until I heard about the new person who has the trademark rights to them now. I still use a small handful of the later ones I have, but only in the right conditions with nice new braided line on my spool.
