Thumbs up West Wall

Ahhhh, the Rituals of Spring ....

Left my house this afternoon with a honkin' wind jumping from South to SW. The wind was hard enough to make the siding resonate so I almost didn't go to the Wall.

Well, I'm glad I did because when I got down there the conditions were near perfect, Not too many people, relatively warm, & wind out of the SW from 10-15 most of the time and a big wet surf... I love that spot and even though I've caught some fish in the Thames and some in Providence since the beginning of the yar - those REALLY are what I consider my "First Fish" of the season. Ended up just one short of a dozen in 2 plus hours of fishing but it was great. Wind shifted south and a light rain started and it was all over but the ride home....

Even the "Backwinders" couldn't spoil it...

Had too much fun to even take some pictures, shucks darn
