This Flat Wing conversion is of one of Dr. Burkes. Dr. Burke was the author of a brochure entitled AMERICAN DRY FLIES and How to tie them, his painting of fly are recognizrd everwhere as the finest an most beautiful, a complete set can be found in RAY BERMANS book TROUT.
