Drill bits

I've been through wire drilling my plugs with a drill bit I made from a car antenae . It works better than the brad point and factory screwpoint bits I've purchased .
I'd like to try an aviation style bit but I can't find one long enough .
Does anyone have a source for an aviation style drill bit 5" long in either 1/8" or 5/32" ?

I think CapeCodTackle.com has them.

W.L. Fuller in Warwick, RI has any drill bit you could possibly need and you can get them ground with virtually any point....

The secret to long hole drilling in wood is to get the chips (saw dust) away from the tip as fast as possible. Keep the tip of the drill clear!...So...
The best long drill for that job is a "parabolic" drill!
Go to MacmasterCarr.com and find on in the 8" length.......good luck!
