Point Jude Lure Eel Bob

Can someone tell me how to rig these? I am thinking the hook goes down the throat and out the bottom does the weight go infront of the mouth or in the mouth?

You need to skin the first couple of inches behind the head. Cut off the head and the skinned meat, then insert the hook and cover the weight with the excess skin and tie off.
