I was in Surfland the other day and they said that the tsunami tuna rods they ordered had been back ordered. No excuse for poor customer service though.

IN reply to your other (removed because you didn't look around :huhu: ) thread -
Hey Captain FruitCake - you assume too much... In a feeble attempt to keep the site PG17 i felt it was at least necessary to move your post to the scuppers... Not afraid of anything, other than being labled as porn....

Lousey luck - you should have cancelled the order and had a sponser from this site wrap em up for you custom ta boot. Probably wouldnt have cost any more either. Not only that - if the rod you wanted was stock for #^^^^&s it is probably junk anyways!

Were you dealing with them as a wholesaler or a retail customer? Never knew they sold at retail.

Took the words right outta my mouth,
BUY LOCAL.. find a guy ya like and support him and his business.
Customer Service, is worth the few pennies ya (woulda) saved via catablogs or interscam...

Stiff Tip.
I don't have time to go around editing your foul language. Next time I take the easy route and dump the whole thread, So , if you want your message heard , keep the language civilized or lose the whole thread.
