Provided guide service (gratis of course) to John Kelly this evening to the south side of the Cape. I picked up 27 up to 24 inches (largest on a small polaris as part of a nice double), while John picked up 18 fish, including a 30 incher on his "It's Alive" What a great hit. We both saw it as we had just switched to topwater at dusk.

Ya dave don,t get to shoot quality much anymore /I have big money tied up in 35Mm & don,t want to spend the [big] bucks for a professional grade digital ..

I do miss the art show thru ///

Houses are presently being foreclosed .quicker than being sold ==== I have to really wonder what F#$%^&*( idiot came up with 100% finincing [sp] & better yet what nitwits lenders gave them the money ;;

its a no f #$%^789 brainer ==== ie early/mid 30,s a couple sick of paying a grand for rent ========= they have descent credit // but no money --------so they do the 100% & ask the seller to pay the closing cost ===if done right =they get a house for the cost of the inspection & homeowners insurance ...

now they have a 1800-2000 a month payment - they fall only two months behind ..they can,t catch up // no equity or money in the house -soooooooooooooo they walk ===== then cancel their insurance & they feel like they just received a bonus ...

I have a house in contract [NOW} the borrowers put a $1000 down & asked for closing cost - which means they may get the $1000 back & ITS A 50 YEAR F $%^&*() YEAR MORTGAGE

ENJOY WHAT YOU HAVE !!!
