Joppa last night . . .

. . . it was 70.7 degrees on the Joppa Flats last night and it was also 70+ all the way up to the Salisbury ramp. Is 70+ normal for this time of year?, and what is too warm for the fishies?

There were small bass in the mouth and along the jetty however no keepers last night and we were out until 11pm. The water was filthy. What is going on in the river?
