Rhode Island Help

Hey guys I am looking for some info on a tube I purchased from a vendor at the MSBA show at Gillette. I am not sure if he was a tackle store or a charter capt. He had a large display so I think he owned a tackle store. I do remember he was located in R.I somewhere and he did charters. He was on the same aisle of the show as the surf assylum guys, pretty close to them. Anyway here is what the tubes look like. The larger one, which is what I am seeking, is 5/8 dia. about 29 " long. They are a orange amber color. They are a transparent plastic. He has stinger hooks on the larger one, which I removed. He also has a weight in the nose that looks like he may have made the mold for it as it looks custom. Any help would be appreciated. I need some extras asap. Maybe a list of the vendors at the show might bring back some memories too. Anyone know where I could get that? Thanks Paul
