You're thinkin' bout it all wrong. Bloooofish are like a cash crop, people will come from all over to CATCH these razorlips.

Look here at what foreigners think - Bluefish Mania

In North Carolina the good ole boys felt the same way about false albacore. They tore up their trout tackle and you couldn't eat them.

They thought folks were nuts to WANT to fish for them. But now, those redneck guides that normally get $250 a day for trout and drum fishing gladly charge Yankees and left coasters $550 a day for falsies and they don't even hafta get their boat dirty from cleanin' em.

...But even though I know all this, I still hate em.

Best regards,
Roger

Throw them in the freezer and I'll stop buy and pick them up. I'll even bring a six-pack (of cokes) along.

When good stripers are scarce, those blues are a lot of fun on an 8-weight.

I like bluefish. pound for pound they fight harder than a striper...
And if you say NO....Your a F#cking liar...
a 20 lb blue will fight harder and make more dramatic runs than a 20 striper....

sure the striper is better eatin....But Blues are delicious too (if ya know how to cook em)

I like em...to eat and catch....

People wonder why stocks of fish are dropping every year...
well with chumps like you who cut them up and feed them to crabs and lobsta....I wonder why...

You probably even catch them by the cooler full and trow out the cooler....

NICE CONSERVATION METHODS.....

So I guess I souldn't say that the best striper bait is a 12" schoolies striper.....

live line one of those sometime.....

Whoa there sonny - dial it back a bit. This whole thread is supposed to be tongue in cheek. There's no reason to flip out.
