Power Washer
This was new last year about this time as my other one crapped out as I was cleaning the house in preparation to sell. It's a heavy duty 7.5HP residential model, least expensive comparable model in Sears right now is running around $450. This was winterized and stored, it's a Crashman and I'll take $300.

Found the owners manual, 6.75 HP, 2550 psi, 2 gpm model #580.752330, has connection for detergent mix, water supply can be 100 degrees.
