Broken eyelets

Last year I inherited a custom surfcasting rod from my uncle. The second eyelet from the tip is cracked and I havent gotten to use this rod all season. With the fall upon us (and my cheapy shakespear on the fritz) I really want to use this one now. I was wondering if someone here could fix it or replace the eyelets for me (locally, I live in RI) or can someone steer me in the right direction to get it fixed? I can post a picture tomorrow if needed. I have no idea clue about rod building. Thanks.
