any Power Window guru's out there ...

The drivers side power window in my 2000 Honda CRV stopped working, they went down (in yesterdays storm!!) and wouldn't go back up, but I could hear the motor spinning(running) when I clicked them on.

I took the panel off today and pushed the window back up.
I tried to see if could down, but it was the same deal, the motor runs and sounds like it's spinning, but no movement.

My Question -
Is this fixable or does it mean getting a new power window regulator. below is a link with a picure of the part not working.

Typically I would take the door appart just to be sure though!
You never know,
Maybe someone had the door appart before and left some bolts loose or maybe the channel separated from the glass.

the part is $80 and it's not in an easy enough spot to trial and error, so I'll order it and hope that solves it.
Thanks again -

Oakland just took a pass in from Ben bad luck.

Done!! the motor was fried (well it ran, but skipped) so that was another 150 clams, either way, not to bad a project(digital camera makes a great reference) , next one will be that much easier.

Thanks again Ron -

Go Raiders, if they beat seattle next week, our #1 pick fro Branch will keep going up in value.

Little off subject. Had to take cruiser to shop this a.m. because this putz decides he wants to impress someone by headbutting the right rear window enough on the way to the station in cuffs to knock it off the tracks and bent the window outward from the door frame. Didn't remember anything when we brought him to court.
