also just about ready is a beat-up cottage in W/G /but has a acre of land :::::
also just list a big 3-unit in Pawtucket & I have another large 3-unit in Providence ust about ready to list ;;
there dropping like flies // those arms & 100% mortgages /are now smoking the buyers & the stupid lenders that financed 100%  |

iTS ON the river side ;; 200-300 yards from the water //
R/R finished basement / fenced/deck two sliders /seals gone // interior needs complete paint & new rugs ;;
one side of the exterior is 1/4 vinyl sided & stopped / two minutes from the boat ramp >><><><>  |
