guys are out there right now..( i am about 3 blocks away). Once my kid goes down for a nap i might stroll down and look for the tell tale ink stains on the concrete. Growing up so close to that bridge, i can tell you this... the local folks that live on the point HATE squid season.. Trash, parking problems, theft... you name it.
