Vineyard Squid after the breach

The breach at Norton Point seems to have completely screwed up the squid fishing off the Edgartown Municipal pier and other nearby piers. The current is fierce. So where can one go to snag a few squid on Martha's Vineyard? Thanks.

Menemsha is usually pretty good. The guy that owns the gas station used to leave his back light on for squid jiggers.

Try the big bridge, too, on an overcast day. Lots of current, though,
and you might have something a little more feisty than a squid grab your jig and break you off in the pilings--bring spare jigs.

Squid

There must be some kind of access in or around Oak Bluffs harbor. Never tried it there before, but they must be in the harbor.

Anybody noticed all the boats on trailers headed back from the cape covered with squid ink on Rt 3 lately?
