Mojo

Good article in On the Water about mojo rigs used in the Chesapeake and how to use them here. Anyone use these rigs? The article doesn't describe whether one trolls them or jigs them? I assume slow troll.

I'm thinking this could be a preferred method over wire/jigs in PTown and other CC Bay areas.

I read it. They have been around for a long time. I may try them this year in the bay too. I have had a set up for 3 years and never got around to trying it. Trolling is what I got out of it but I am wrong at least once a day.

Pattrick,

Did you ever find the fish on saturday? I guess they were a little to our west... Good to see you though!

Patrick,
Wasn't sure if that was you or not... Well done, I'm going to give it a try. 300' of wire is not the most enjoyable method. Seems like the mojo is a souped up drail or trolling weight to get deep...

CapeCodder,
thanks for the Kudos. For the most part you are correct. Just think of them as more a part of the actual fishing rig than the drails.
