Vic, I haven't seen ya in a few years I don't believe...but all the reports I've heard would indicate that you are indeed fat and slow.

I'm suffering from the same delimma. My goal is to shed 10 quick by August.

I am with you TT. I stopped smoking New Years Eve of 2005/2006. So its been a solid 1 1/2 years of no smoking, but I have put on a solid 15-20 lbs since that date. I have just started focusing my attention on losing the weight now.... if its not one thing its another.

Smoking

Congrats on giving up the smoking, it will kill you, fat wont. I gave up smoking in "90" (4 packs a day) weight has been up and down ever since, mostly up. Whenever I get down on myself about the weight I just thank my lucky stars I gave up the butts. Congratulations again. Great feat.
