I went, section A6 right up close. My girlfriend and her freind love them. I like some songs but I'm not that crazy about them.
I really enjoyed some of the songs they did and the light show was very well coordinated. But personally I thought the show was quite short and the backup band (I think it was Sting's son) was just noise.
Not worth the $200+ face value for the ticket in my opinion.

Opening band? I didn't arrive till 8, I was right behind you in B6. They played 2hrs, hell my feet were burning by then. I guess if your not a fan that explains it, but I am and thought they sounded great, not supporting an album is awesome, no new crap.
Ticket prices are f'n insane but compared to $7 beers they're very resonable. (my tix were a 9yr belated wedding gift.)
How much profit is there in a 16oz draft beer for $7?

Considering the volume sold, my guess is 6-6.50 after beer, cup, staff etc..

$6.50 at 70K beers sold (everyone was double fisted so I'm guessing this number is low) $455K in 4hrs.

I went, sat in sec 23. I thought it was good, would have liked a better opening act. The will call could have been handled better. The best part of the night for me was the 2 hilltop steak house tip subs I ate.
Oh yeah I went toa brockton rox game lastnight, $5 for 24oz drafts, fenway is way overpriced.
