Anyone know who built this. Has a gold signiture on it but its too faded to make out. Thanks.

I have seen him make them with those lips and with belly weight.

its hard to tell in the picture, but the lip is a pikie lip (or at least what I think of as a pikie lip - tapered, gets wider between the top and bottom bends). the tail loop and the signature (second pic - I can't read it but can make out enough to see that it doesn't say dave manzi or bassmaster) are what make me think its not a bassmaster. i guess the signature could have been added by whoever owned it before me, but dave's tail loops are very identifiable - and this is definately not his IMO.

Tagger - still working on figuring the fishing part out, maybe building will come later.

got it in a plug lot on SOL. bought the lot for a couple of rebel windcheaters and was hoping that this would turn out to be a Bassmaster. maybe its a refinish or maybe he gave the blank to someone. it swims great, very little roll. Also, all the bassmaster plugs I have have much bigger line ties.

Maybe Victor? I have one that is very similar from him and is signed in gold and very hard to decipher. Although it looks like Daves belly grommets and I have several BM's with belly weights.
