How'd ya'll make out this weekend?
I went to Niantic, CT from 1:00p - 3:30p Sat and from 6:00a - 8:00a Sunday. Saw a couple blitzes but no takers. After I left Niantic yesterday, I went to the DEP pier in Old Saybrook. One guy pulled a blue in (around 5 lbs) during the only blitz of the morning (around 6:00a he said).
So far I've been skunked in the salt but I have to say that I've really enjoyed every trip out! It's just a great time! Kinda' like RockLobsta's post, "One of the reasons I go "fishing"...... "
